Residential Waterfront Apartments
Kubis purchased 32 units in one line through a mortgagee in possession opportunity.  The Sylvania project required minor refurbishment, landscaping and finalisation of builder warranty issues ahead of individual release to the market in July 2008.

The project was completed by Dec 2009 realising $32million in sales, achieving an IRR of 22%. 

Residential Land Subdivision
A Joint Venture with Trafalgar Corp, Park View was a land sub division opportunity purchased from the local council.  The land release was part of the planning strategy to meet much needed new home demand in the inner south west of sydney.  All lots were sold within 12 months.

The project was completed by October 2010 and achieved an IRR of 15%. 

Commercial/industrial Site Refurbishment
Completed in January 2011, the WWI headquarters underwent a significant refit for greater suitability and to expand the useable area.  Sydney based Interior Designer, Tim Leveson, lead the refurbishment team.

Office interiors were extensively refurbished ahead of preparations for future sale.
