Michael Devlin
Board Member & CEO of Wilh Wilhelmsen Investments

Michael Devlin was appointed to Chief Executive Office of Wilh Wilhelmsen Investments in early 2009.

Michael has considerable domestic and international experience having held leadership roles across various industries including manufacturing, construction, building services, retail and franchising.

During the last 10 years Michael has held roles as Chief Executive Officer for Gloria Jeans Coffees, the largest specialty coffee retailer in Australia, Australian Aluminium Finishing Pty Ltd and as an Executive Director of Coresoft Pty Ltd.

Previous leadership roles in his career include Group Business Development Manger at Tyco International, Global Vice President of BP Amoco Industrial Fabrics and Managing Director of Amoco Fabrics & Fibres, Asia Pacific.

Michael is member of Australian Institute of Company Directors, Associate Fellow of Australian Institute of Management and a Fellow of the Institution of Engineers Australia. He holds a Bachelor of Engineering -Civil (Honours) from the University of Technology, Sydney and completed the Global Business Management programme at IMD, Switzerland.

Adrian Bluett
Board Member & Finance Director of Wilh Wilhelmsen Investments

Adrian Bluett was appointed the Finance Director of Wilh Wilhelmsen Investments (WWI) in 2004 and is also a member of the WWI group's Executive Committee. Initially Adrian held the position of Group General Manager of Finance from 1997 to 2004 at Wilh Wilhelmsen Investments.

In the role as Finance Director Adrian has been an integral member of the team involved in the key business & property acquisitions & divestments.
Adrian is a Chartered Accountant and gained this qualification while working in the audit and business advisory divisions of Ernst & Young from 1985 to 1990. He gained extensive commercial experience working with Fineline Industries Pty Ltd and S&M Holdings Group as the General Manager of Sales & Operations in the highly competitive office furniture manufacturing & retailing sectors between 1990 -1996.

Adrian has a Bachelor of Commerce from New South Wales University; is an Associate of the Institute of Chartered Accountants and holds a Graduate Diploma in Financial Planning and Applied Finance (FINSIA)

Peter Dexter has held the position of WWI board member since 1997 and was appointed to the Board of Wilh Wilhelmsen Agency (Previous name) in 1995. Present appointments include Chairman of Wallenius Wilhelmsen Logistics Oceania and KFM Logistics Investments Pty Ltd. He is the Director of Australian Maritime Systems Ltd.

Mr Dexter has extensive maritime industry experience. From 1986 to 2005, he was Managing Director of Wilhelmsen Lines Australia / Wallenius Wilhelmsen Logistics Oceania. He began his career with Australian National Line (ANL) working in Australia, Japan and United Kingdom between 1960 and 1983. He held the post of General Manager, Scan Carrier Australia between 1983 and 1986 and was a Board member of Adsteam Marine Pty Ltd.

In 2005, Mr Dexter was named a Member (AM) of the Order of Australia for service to the development of the shipping and maritime industries. He has been awarded the Royal Norwegian Order of Merit in 2002 by the King of Norway for his contribution to Norwegian – Australian business and is the Honorary Consul-General for Norway in New South Wales.

In addition, Mr Dexter is Chairman of the Australian National Maritime Foundation (governing body of the Australian National Maritime Museum, appointed by the Australian Government) and is a fellow of the Australian Institute of Company Directors (FAICD).
